All three packages are “fully refundable before November 1, 2020,” while after that date $250 is non-refundable.

Nikola World 2020 takes place December 3-5 in Phoenix, Arizona, where company founder Trevor Milton says he will debut the Badger in both blue and white:

Yesterday, Milton appeared to take a subtle jab at Tesla, saying “Attention reservation holders: Unlike our competitors, we don’t use your money to fund our development. @nikolamotor is guaranteeing and vouching to leave your paid deposits for all vehicles in an account and not consume the funds.”

It’s worth noting nobody has seen a working Nikola Badger–aside from renders–and critics cite the truck is “vapourware” until a real working prototype is available for the masses. The Nikola Badger isn’t slated to delivery until 2022. The company plans to work with manufacturing partners to product the Badger and its big rig semi truck, the Tre, expected to deliver in 2021.

Nikola went public earlier this month through a reverse merger and the stock price has surged since, currently trading at $67.40 per share, up 6% today as of writing.
