Elon Musk’s SpaceX has officially locked in the pricing for its highly anticipated initial public offering.

The company confirmed it will price 555,555,555 shares of its Class A common stock at $135.00 per share. Trading is scheduled to commence tomorrow, June 12, 2026, on both the Nasdaq Global Select Market and Nasdaq Texas under the ticker symbol SPCX. The massive multi-billion dollar offering is slated to close on June 15, 2026, assuming standard closing conditions are met.

To handle potential demand, SpaceX has granted underwriters a standard 30-day option to buy up to an additional 83,333,333 shares at the initial public offering price. Major financial institutions leading the book-running management for the debut include Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, BofA Securities, Citigroup, and J.P. Morgan.

The regulatory paperwork is already finalized, with the US Securities and Exchange Commission declaring the registration statement effective today. Canadian investors looking to review the fine details can access the base PREP prospectus filed with provincial authorities on SEDAR+, with a supplemented pricing prospectus hitting the platform within two business days. Electronic or physical copies are also available directly through RBC Dominion Securities.

Founded in 2002, the Starbase, Texas-based corporation noted in its filing that it remains focused on building integrated hardware and software infrastructure across space, connectivity, and artificial intelligence.

It’s going to be interesting to see how fast and furious shares of SPCX will move first thing on Friday. Hold onto your seats, folks.
