Tesla Supercharger for Business: New Pricing Tools Arrive to Expand Network

Tesla is moving to fix what it calls a lack of “simplicity and transparency” in the commercial charging industry. The company announced today that its Supercharger for Business program is receiving a major update, including public pricing and a financial calculator designed to help companies decide if hosting chargers is a viable investment.

The initiative, which first launched in 2025, allows businesses to own and operate Tesla Supercharger hardware on their own properties. By making the financial data public, Tesla aims to move chargers into everyday locations like hotels, grocery stores, and office parks to reach “charging ubiquity.”

“We launched Supercharger for Business in 2025 to help companies get charging right. We found simplicity and transparency to be a problem in this industry,” stated the official Tesla Charging account on Wednesday. “We’re now sharing pricing and a financial calculator to help make informed decisions. The goal is to accelerate investments, clarity and charging ubiquity.”

The new tools are currently only available in the United States, but Tesla confirmed that pricing and the calculator are “coming soon” for other countries where the company operates, including Canada.

The rollout comes as Tesla’s global charging footprint continues to accelerate at a record pace. The company recently surpassed 80,000 Supercharger stalls worldwide, adding 10,000 of those in just the last nine months.
