Tesla App Update to Reveal New Loyalty Rewards and FSD Stats Dashboard

Tesla Mobile App Update

A recent deep dive into the Tesla mobile app code has uncovered major upcoming features that will change how owners interact with their vehicles. The findings, sourced from app version 4.54.0, reveal that Tesla is moving toward a highly interactive and gamified experience for its users, as unearthed by @Tesla_App_iOS.

A New Way to Earn Rewards

The update points to a structured loyalty program that goes far beyond simple referral links. New code strings show that this will be an opt-in system where owners can actively enroll to track their progress. This program appears to include specific milestones and status tiers, suggesting that owners might earn points for things like Supercharging frequency or total miles driven.

A dedicated in-app rewards shop is also in the works. Instead of receiving generic credits, users will likely be able to browse a digital storefront to claim specific rewards, software upgrades, or accessories. To make the experience more engaging, the app will use custom graphics and animations to display an owner’s loyalty status and achievements.

Track and Share Your FSD Data

Tesla is also turning Full Self-Driving (FSD) into a more transparent and shareable metric. A new “FSD Stats” screen is coming to the app, providing a clear breakdown of how the car’s AI is performing compared to manual driving.

The dashboard will track total miles versus autonomous miles, giving owners a Self-Driving Percentage for their car. Interestingly, the code suggests Tesla will track these stats across different software versions. This allows owners to see exactly how much the system improves with each new update.

To encourage community engagement, Tesla is adding a native Share button. This will generate model-specific graphics that owners can post to social media to show off their FSD usage and safety stats. This shift turns FSD from a hidden background feature into a trackable, gamified metric that reinforces the value of the software.
