Tesla has officially opened its first-ever showroom in South America, marking another milestone in the company’s ongoing global expansion. The new store is located at Alto Las Condes in Santiago, Chile — specifically at Av. Pdte. Kennedy Lateral 9001, Las Condes, Región Metropolitana.

The launch was confirmed by Tesla Chile Sales Advisor, Nicolas Andrés Oviedo Santander, who shared the news on LinkedIn alongside photos of the sleek new retail space.

“The opening of our brand-new Tesla store at Alto Las Condes marks another step forward in our mission to bring innovation, sustainability, and cutting-edge technology closer to people across Chile,” Santander wrote. “Each new Tesla location is an opportunity for more drivers to experience the future, combining performance, design, and clean energy.”

The Alto Las Condes showroom gives Chilean customers a dedicated space to see Tesla vehicles up close, speak directly with Tesla advisors, and learn more about the company’s technology — from Autopilot and battery innovations to the latest Model 3 and Model Y configurations.

Tesla first entered the Chilean market in January 2024, launching sales of the Model 3 and Model Y. Since then, the company has steadily built up its presence in the region, and the new Santiago showroom marks its first in South America.

This move underscores Tesla’s broader push to grow its footprint in emerging markets worldwide. Beyond South America, Tesla recently opened its first showroom in India in July 2025 and began local vehicle sales shortly after. The automaker also announced plans to open its first showroom in Abu Dhabi on Yas Island, signaling its continued growth across the Middle East.

With each new market, Tesla continues to strengthen its global infrastructure and introduce its electric vehicle ecosystem to more regions. For Chile, this new location represents a major step forward in bringing sustainable mobility and Tesla’s cutting-edge technology closer to home.
