Tesla Lease Prices for Model 3/Y and Cybertruck Going Up November 1 in the U.S.

Tesla is set to raise lease pricing for the Model 3, Model Y, and Cybertruck in the U.S. starting November 1. The company has updated its website to include the notice “Prices Increase in November” for all three models, signaling that the current discounted rates will soon come to an end.
Current starting lease prices are as follows:
- Model 3: $329/month
- Model Y: $449/month
- Cybertruck: $699/month
The announcement follows Tesla’s recent move to slash lease prices by up to 23% across its lineup until the end of October — a change widely viewed as a short-term tactic to drive demand as we head deeper into the last quarter of the year. The company has now begun advertising the upcoming price increase alongside these limited-time discounts, effectively encouraging customers to take advantage of the lower rates before November 1.
This shift could also indicate improving demand for Tesla’s vehicles, following a record-breaking third quarter that saw the company deliver 497,099 vehicles globally. Earlier this month, Tesla raised Model 3 and Model Y lease pricing by up to 11%, while introducing a $6,500 lease credit to help offset the hike.
Currently, only select trims are eligible for leasing. For the Model Y, customers can choose between the Premium (previously known as Long Range) Rear-Wheel Drive or All-Wheel Drive variants. The Model 3, meanwhile, is available to lease in Premium RWD, Premium AWD, and Performance trims. Tesla’s new, lower-cost Model Y Standard and Model 3 Standard — both unveiled earlier this month — are not yet offered under the company’s leasing program, although that could change in the future.
If you’ve been considering leasing a new Tesla, now might be the best time to act before lease rates rise across the lineup in November.
