Tesla is offering a new way for owners to experience its latest vehicles with a special 48-hour extended test drive, according to a message sent through the Tesla app, according to Canadian readers of Tesla North.
Labeled the “Value Experience – Tesla Extended Demo Drive,” the promotion is a thank-you to current Tesla owners. Eligible participants can choose from the Model S, Model 3, Model X, Model Y, or even the Cybertruck for the two-day trial. Test drives are subject to vehicle availability, and must be scheduled in-store.
This offer goes beyond Tesla’s usual 30-minute demo drives, which are typically guided by a Tesla Advisor and meant to give a quick overview of a vehicle’s features and performance. Tesla also regularly offers overnight test drives for the Model 3 and Model Y, allowing customers to take the car home and see how it fits into their daily life. These typically run from 4:30 p.m. pickup to 9:30 a.m. drop-off the next day.
With the new 48-hour format, owners can now get an even deeper look at Tesla’s lineup in real-world conditions—at their own pace.
