You Can Now Lease a Tesla Cybertruck, Here’s What it Costs

Tesla has announced you can now lease a Cybertruck in the U.S., offering yet more options to buy its electric truck.

Lease options are based on $7,500 down, 36-month terms and 10,000 miles allowed per year, to get Cybertruck lease pricing as follows:

  • All-Wheel Drive: $999/month
  • Cyberbeast: $1,148/month

You can also lease for 24-month terms, which are of course slightly higher payments per month, again based on $7,500 down:

  • All-Wheel Drive: $1,199/month
  • Cyberbeast: $1,300/month

“You forgo the option to buy your car at the end of the lease and must return it to Tesla after the lease term,” says the fine print. “Early termination fees apply. Fees may be charged for excessive wear plus any overage of mileage at a rate of $0.25 per mile. Late payments will incur a 5% fee,” says Tesla.

There is a $395 disposition fee on return of your Cybertruck. Tesla leasing for Cybertruck is available in U.S. states–except for Kentucky.

Cybertruck launched deliveries in Canada this week, and so far, only cash and finance options are available for the Great White North. Leasing may come later, like we’re seeing in the U.S.
