2024.33.30 Release Notes: FSD 12.5.6.2 with Profiles for City and More

Tesla has started rolling out its software update 2024.33.30, which includes Full Self-Driving (FSD) 12.5.6.2 for Hardware 4 (HW4/AI4) vehicles in North America.

The release notes for 2024.33.30 says you get the latest version of Actually Smart Summon (ASS) with the following improved features:

  • Public/High-Speed Roads: Pauses ASS maneuver
  • Improved Features:
    • Blocked Camera Aborts
    • Reduced False Positive Collision Mitigation Aborts
  • Refined Summon: Enhanced Dumb Summon behavior at curbs
  • Added: Custom/Fart Completion Sounds
  • Coming Soon: HomeLink & myQ garage integration

As for FSD (Supervised) 12.5.6.2, it now comes with Driver Profiles for city streets and also an end to end on highway stack and more:

  • Vision-Based Attention Monitoring: Works with sunglasses
  • End to End Navigation: Enabled on highways
  • Lane Change Decisions: Now earlier and more natural
  • Driver Profiles: Updated for improved customization
  • Auto Set Speed: Adjusts to Max Speed

“Full Self-Driving (Supervised) is enabled on your vehicle. To use the feature, press the right scroll wheel button once. You can disable Full Self-Driving (Supervised) in Autopilot Settings,” explains Tesla about FSD (Supervised).

Tesla’s Ashok Elluswamy, head of Autopilot and AI, said, “Speed profiles were extended to 50 mph or higher speed limit roads.”
