A northern New Jersey pizzeria has taken food trucks to the next level by turning Tesla Cybertrucks into high-speed mobile pizza ovens.

Fabio Antonio Arbelaez, a partner at Montville’s Columbia Inn Restaurant and an early Tesla adopter, retrofitted two Cybertrucks with two-tier ovens capable of firing up fresh, handmade pizzas in just two minutes.

“She’s quick and fast. It has enough power to cook a pizza in about two minutes,” Arbelaez told The Post about the modified electric vehicles, which have become a sensation on the local food scene.

The matte-black trucks, branded with “The Jersey Thinn Crust Pizza,” use the Cybertruck’s 240-volt cargo bed outlet to power the high-heat ovens, which can operate for eight hours and still allow for a 50-mile drive afterward. When fully operational, the two trucks can produce up to 120 pizzas per hour.

Arbelaez, who is nicknamed “Mr. Tesla” for being among the first in his area to buy an electric vehicle, says the trucks have been a game-changer, allowing his business to cater to large events across New Jersey and New York City, with plans for a Hamptons event in the fall.

The Cybertrucks have been fitted with custom slides to pull the ovens out from the truck bed, allowing for easy access during events. They also include refrigeration units, dry ice coolers, and tow hitches for umbrellas to create a complete mobile kitchen setup.

Arbelaez noted the trucks recently served 200 golfers at Hamilton Farm Golf Club in Somerset County and even made a splash at Barstool Sports’ Midtown office.

While the Cybertrucks’ unconventional design draws mixed reactions—“The best compliment I ever got was that the truck looks like a dumpster,” Arbelaez joked—the pizza has been widely praised.

Looking ahead, Arbelaez hopes to further innovate by developing driverless delivery with the Cybertrucks. “The goal with the Cybertrucks is eventually to have them deliver without a driver,” he said. “You just order it, and it will show up at your house.”

Tesla’s Full Self-Driving (Supervised) is pegged to launch for Cybertruck this month.
