Tesla has introduced the Quicksilver paint option for the Model 3 in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific (excluding Hong Kong and New Zealand), and Australia, priced at approximately $2,000 USD.
This multi-coat paint, developed in Tesla’s advanced paint shops, accentuates the updated Model 3’s sleek lines and changes subtly with the car’s curves. This new color will definitely help boost vehicle sales.
Quicksilver was first introduced for the Model Y at Giga Berlin in 2022 and debuted in the U.S. for the Model Y in May 2024. The color will soon be available in additional markets, said Tesla.
All cars made from Tesla’s Giga Shanghai factory will be offering Quicksilver paint. It’s unclear when Quicksilver will debut in the United States.
