Tesla’s Model Y with Quicksilver paint is an exclusive colour from Giga Berlin in Germany, but now it’s available in the U.S., with a catch.
According to Tesla’s existing inventory page, Model Y vehicles in Quicksilver paint are available for purchase, in Long Range and Performance variants. Quicksilver is a $2,000 extra and so far it’s not showing yet on Tesla’s website configurator.
Prices are showing as starting from $49,990 for the Long Range, which drops to $42,490 after tax credit. Performance is listed as starting from $53,490 US (down to $45,990 after tax credit).
We’re not seeing Quicksilver Model Y options available in existing Canadian Tesla inventory.
Quicksilver Model Y vehicles have recently been spotted outside Giga Texas by drone pilot Joe Tegtmeyer, and these colors were also seen as of today. Looks like Quicksilver has now landed in the U.S. from Giga Texas.
