The Model Y RWD is now available for under $32,000 USD in the following states:

- Vermont (VT): $28,410
- Massachusetts (MA): $29,910
- Maine (ME): $29,910
- Delaware (DE): $30,910
- Connecticut (CT): $31,160
- Pennsylvania (PA): $31,410
- New York (NY): $31,410
In addition, the Model 3 RWD is being offered for under $30,000 in several states, with the condition that delivery is taken by December 31st, before the expiration of the federal tax credit. The states and prices are as follows:
