Tesla started rolling out Full Self-Driving (FSD) beta to more testers on Friday, and we’re starting to see some videos of the latest version in testing. The latest release was part of the 2023.7.10 software update.
Chuck Cook has now shared his testing of FSD beta 11.4.2 versus unprotected left turns down in Florida.
The first attempt saw the left turn go smoothly but FSD beta ended up finishing the turn into the middle lane, instead of the far left of the three-lane highway. This behavior was similar on future attempts as well.
The first time FSD beta 11.4.2 went into the left lane was when it waited in the middle median, then saw a car coming in the third lane and it decided to stick to the left to complete the turn.
