
Tesla introduced a new paint colour for Model S and Model X last night, called Ultra Red.
The new paint is a slightly deeper red version of the previous Red Multi-Coat, and also comes with a higher price tag at $3,000 USD, up $500 versus before.
Tesla also shared a new promo video today, showcasing Ultra Red in the flesh. “Ultra Red paint now available for Model S & Model X vehicles,” explains Tesla in a new video.
The video shares glimpses of the Model S and Model X undergoing the painting process. Ultra Red looks gorgeous.
