Tuned electric vehicles (EVs) are outpacing gas cars in many ways, and one modified Tesla Model 3 is making waves on the internet because of its looks and performance.

This lowered Model 3 was tuned by Germany’s Manhart Performance, dubbed the Manhart TM3 510 Model 3 mod.

The tuning kit offers a performance, dual-motor engine with a 377kW total output, offering up to 513 horsepower — based solely on the Model 3 Performance’s powerful engine.

The performance mods include Manhart’s lowering springs by H&R, improved suspension tuning and the company’s own 9×21-inch Platinum Gray Barracuda tires measuring 235/30R21. It also includes tinted windows, a carbon front spoiler and a radiator grille with honeycomb mesh.

Similarly to the engine, the tuning company didn’t touch the Model 3 Performance’s brakes, though it says it does offer brake tuning for interested customers.

In April, Startech shared around $21,000 in aftermarket mods for the Tesla Model Y, including things like bumper kits, wheels, spoilers and other exterior upgrades.

Unplugged Performance has also shown off a number of tuned Tesla Model 3 and S units, many of them having won races against gas tune-up cars in the past several years.

The Tesla Model 3 was Europe’s best-selling EV in August and the automaker also launched its own track package earlier this month.
