The latest Tesla Fremont factory flyover by drone pilot ‘Met God in Wilderness’, filmed on Thursday, February 3, 2022, shows the company’s overflow lot remains jam-packed full of vehicles.
Filmed this morning, we don’t see any test vehicles on the track at Fremont, but we continue to see a flurry of action at the factory.
Interestingly, during this flight, the YouTube channel says, “Tesla security kept giving me trouble for drone flying,” noting this was the third time they tried to talk him off from flying over the factory. The channel then referenced CEO Elon Musk’s tweet from August 2020, that stated, “I’m fine with reasonable drone footage. Just needs to be at a fair distance & not coming right up to people.”

The flyover also shows Tesla’s mega casting machines running at full steam, while one delivery lot has few vehicles remaining.

During Tesla’s Q4 2021, the company said its Fremont factory produced a record number of vehicles, and together with Giga Shanghai, helped the automaker set a new record for quarterly and full-year deliveries.
