According to KKVR (@kkvr2823), their Model Y looks to be the vehicle that received this update. According to 2021.44.30.12 release notes shared by KKVR below, they are the same as the previous update:

Earlier this week, Tesla rolled out 2021.40.30.15, which removes the “rolling stop” feature for Full Self-Driving beta testers, after complaints were filed with the NHTSA and Tesla agreed to disable it. No accidents or injuries have been caused by the feature, said Tesla.
Last month, Tesla released 2022.4, which added more regenerative braking at low speeds when in Autopilot.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk announced on Tuesday FSD beta would arrive in Canada “this month”, again promising yet again the expansion would reach Canadians.
