Tesla’s online shop made some changes to vehicles accessories on late Monday evening.
The company removed its standalone $90 glass roof and $75 rear sunshades for the Model 3, and instead launched a combo of both for $160 USD.
The new Model 3 Glass Roof Sunshades combo is “constructed of lightweight mesh fabric with a collapsible rigid frame,” and is able to “further reduce heat transmission into the cabin by blocking two-thirds of solar thermal load.”
“Easily removable, the sunshades are installed onto the interior of the glass roof with provided clips. When removed, the shades are collapsible and come with pouches for storage when not in use,” says Tesla.
As for the 2015-2020 Model X All-Weather Interior Liners, the ones at $80, $90 and $130 were removed.
