Tesla Starts Accepting Questions for Q4 2021 Earnings Call Q&A
On Friday afternoon, Tesla started accepting questions for its upcoming Q4 2021 earnings call question and answer period, set to take place next Wednesday, January 26, 2022 (via @SawyerMerritt).
As of writing, there are currently already 1,237 questions submitted on the Say Technologies platform
The top-upvoted question asked by “Anonymous Retail Investor” at the moment asks: “Free Cash Flow grows well in excess of Capital Expenditures, what will you do with the pile of cash? Accelerate Gigafactories? Accelerate Battery production? Finance your own fleet of Robotaxi’s and Grid Storage? Something else? How are you thinking about this?”.
Another top-voted question asks, “What’s the current volume of 4680 cells? Please update us on progress of in-house battery cell and structural battery pack production.”
“Tesla invites investors to ask and upvote questions that they would like addressed on their earnings call. Management will respond to the top questions,” says the company.
The site shows over 5,500 participants that represent, and their names are anonymous until the Q&A is closed, and at that point is when names will be revealed.
Questions can be asked up until 1:30pm PST on the day of the earnings call.
