Tesla 2021.24.2 Software Update Rolling Out: What’s New

Tesla has started rolling out its 2021.24.2 software update, which appears to be replacing its previously released 2024.24.1 update, which was later pulled due to the typo of ‘2024’ (we’re truly living in the future with Tesla!).

Inside the 2021.24.2 update we see the same features that were released in 2021.24:
- Autopark
- Disney+
- Mirror Auto Dim
- Dashcam Viewer
- Dashcam Improvements
- Remain Connected to Wi-Fi in Drive
According to @greentheonly, discovered in 2024.24.1 (now known as 2021.24.2) were also the following features (most appear to be for China says green):
- Active Noise Cancellation on Model S/X refresh
- Improved lane guidance and navigation including voice prompts for “speed/radar locations, traffic light cameras and bus lane detection” (China when using Baidu maps)
- Alternate route selection (China when using Baidu maps)
- New languages
