Tesla has released its 2021.4.2 software update on Tuesday evening for vehicles in the United States and Canada, as noted by @arctechinc:

According to @Teslascope, this 2021.4.2 software update is version 11, but as installs continue, we will post updates and release notes accordingly.
The Tesla software update 2021.4.2 is releasing to the global fleet, with 75 vehicles on our service now downloading/installing it.
