Former NASA engineer, Mark Rober (he also was an Apple engineer), has released his highly anticipated Glitterbomb 3.0, which is the upgraded worst nightmare for ‘porch pirates’, or those that steal packages from people’s front doors.
Rober upgraded his third-generation Glitterbomb to now include a Tesla Cybertruck-like design he says.

The glitterbomb has four smartphones recording that uploads footage to the cloud 24/7. When the lid is removed from the bait package, thieves get doused in glitter and fart spray scatters throughout, all while being recorded.

This year’s upgrade now brings four fart sprays, more glitter, a new handle covered with industrial glue underneath, LED strobe lights and now a lid that cannot be put back on.
According to Wikipedia, “Rober joined NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in 2004. He worked there for nine years, seven of which were spent working on the Curiosity rover, which is now on Mars.”
