When will Tesla launch deliveries of its third row Model Y? The company’s website states a “Seven Seat Interior Available in 2021.”
The third row will add an extra two seats to the Model Y, allowing for seven passengers total. There has been some debate as to which way these seats are facing, giving the limited room in the trunk of the Model Y.
Sandy Munro posited the third-row seats would be rear-facing in a video back in April, setting off debate of what’s actually true.

The third row will most likely only fit smaller people like young children, as it’ll be a tight squeeze for adults to sit in the back.
