Last night, Tesla released its 2020.44.15.4 software update for Full Self-Driving beta testers.
As expected, testers were quick to test this latest beta software and have again shared videos online. The release notes don’t include any major changes, so this update is for bug fixes and ongoing improvements to FSD.
2020.44.15.4 releases notes can be seen below thanks to Chuck Cook:
Cook also quickly shared his first impressions with FSD beta 6:
Brandonee916 also shared a first drive with FSD beta 2020.44.15.4, showcasing a 30-minute night drive in his Model 3:
“In my opinion, the steering feels quite a bit more aggressive. As you can see with the corrections during my drive. Many items I was facing were fixed, like turning into the park lane, and the erratic turn signal behavior I was experiencing,” explains Brandon, noting more testing videos would be coming with daytime footage.
Here’s another first drive with this latest FSD beta, shared by Tesla Owners Online:
Again, it’s nice to see Tesla continue to improve FSD beta over time, and it’s thanks to these early beta testers putting the system to the test.
