Tesla has started rolling out its 2020.40.3 software update to select owners.
As for what’s new in this 2020.40.3 software update? According to one Model 3 owner in Ontario, Canada, it contains the same release notes as 2020.40.

Check out the 2020.40.3 release notes above via @kkvr2823, which indicates Speed Assist Improvements for speed limit signs have reached Canada, along with Priority Bluetooth Device, Glovebox PIN and also Charge Port Inlet Heater. Also available is the is the Vent Windows from mobile app feature for Model S.
