PlugShare for iPhone and iPad has been updated to now support new sign in options from Apple and Google. The app helps Tesla and EV owners find charging stations around the world, including North America, showing over 300,000 locations from major networks.
“In this release we made security improvements and added the ability to Sign in with Apple and Google. Existing users will need to sign in again,” explains PlugShare.
Sign in with Apple means existing iPhone and iPad users can easily sign in securely with their Apple ID. Apple’s sign in system offers privacy protections, such as masking your real email and the ability to limit what information you provide to developers.
With Google account sign in support, users with an existing Google account can login with their credentials and avoid creating yet another account.
The app update for iOS also includes unnamed “performance improvements based on your feedback.”
