Tesla’s newest Supercharger in Canada has gone live, in Perth, Ontario, located 84.5 km southwest of Ottawa.
The new Tesla V3 Supercharger in Perth consists of 8 stalls, capable of up to 250 kW charge rates. The location address is 80 Dufferin Street, at Perth Mews Shopping Mall.
As of writing, Tesla has not updated its website to detail Perth being online, but the Supercharger was confirmed online tonight at 6:23pm PDT by Tesla Motors Club forum member, ‘Peter_M’, who shared the following image of his 2013 white Model S getting juiced up:

The location at Perth Mews should be a welcome Supercharger stop for Tesla owners, as amenities include a Starbucks, which opened last year.
With Perth going online (construction only was spotted on June 30, 2020), surrounding Superchargers expected to also open include Brockville, Nepean, Renfrew and Bancroft, all targeted for a 2020 launch according to Tesla.
Update July 21: According to Tesla North reader @solisjava this V3 Supercharger is not fully live yet for max 250 kW charge rates and not working:
