Tesla has announced a limited-time promotion in China, providing significant savings and financing options for its popular Model Y.
Customers who purchase the rear-wheel-drive or long-range all-wheel-drive Model Y between November 25 and December 31, 2024, can enjoy a direct discount of ¥10,000 (about $1,381 USD) applied to the final payment.
In addition to the discount, Tesla is offering an attractive 5-year interest-free financing plan at 0%. This deal is available for new and demo Model Y cars, though it excludes test vehicles and certified pre-owned options.

The promotion allows buyers to secure a Model Y with a down payment as low as ¥79,900, followed by monthly payments starting at ¥2,667.
This move is part of Tesla’s strategy to maintain its strong position in the competitive Chinese electric vehicle market and attract more customers during the year-end season, as part of a year-end push in Q4.
