Tesla Cybertruck Final Details Coming ‘When We are Ready’: Musk

Tesla CEO Elon Musk today shared an image of what said was a ‘production candidate’ version of the highly anticipated Cybertruck.

While Cybertruck hype is now reaching another high, due to the fact numerous prototypes continue to be spotted on the road and on transports leaving Giga Texas, we still don’t know pricing, features and delivery dates.

Tesla owner James Locke took to Twitter and asked Musk straight up when details were coming—and Musk responded.

“@elonmusk I say this with all due respect. Enough with the hype, let’s get down to business. Please announce the specs, pricing and new estimated delivery event date,” questioned Locke.

Musk replied, “When we are ready to do so, we will. While I think it is our best product ever, it is an extremely difficult product to build. We are in uncharted territory, because it is not like anything else.”

Again, Tesla has yet to reveal final pricing, details, features and delivery dates. We’ll find out soon enough as Q3 is the expected first delivery event. It feels like Cybertruck hype is ramping up big time ahead of the launch. There are said to be over 1 million reservations for the futuristic truck, and it’s going to take Tesla some time before it can fulfill them at scale.
