
Tesla shared a new video today titled, ‘Road Trips Made Easy’. It features Tessa from Charging Operations detailing how the company’s growing Supercharger network makes for easy road trips.
The video emphasizes the convenience and efficiency of Tesla’s Supercharging network, which is the largest global fast charging network in the world with over 45,000 Superchargers.
Charging is an essential part of owning an electric vehicle (EV) and Tesla aims to make it a seamless experience. When you get in your car, you just need to input your location in the trip planner, which then recommends where and when you need to stop for charging. It also prepares your battery to warm up for faster and more efficient charging.
The Tesla app keeps you updated on the status of your charge session. You just need to park, plug in, and go about your day. The app will alert you when your charge session is nearing its end, allowing you to maximize your time before you need to hit the road again.
Tesla concludes by saying its Superchargers can recharge up to 200 miles of range in just 15 minutes, making road trips easy and convenient. Check out the video below:
