Tesla on Friday shared a new video titled, ‘Charge at Destination’, which highlights the company’s in-vehicle Trip Planner.
“Use Trip Planner to navigate to one of 40,000+ Wall Connectors at Destination Charging sites at popular hotels, resorts and restaurants,” explains Tesla.
In order to find Destination Charging sites, all you have to do is tap the single lightning bolt symbol under the Charging icon in your in-car navigation. Tesla navigation will provide you with directions and once you arrive, “simply plug in”, says the company.
The best part of the Tesla app is being able to track your vehicle charging in real-time, plus pre-heat your car in cold climates. Tesla says, “melt snow and ice before you go” from the mobile app.
“Now you’re fully charged for your next adventure,” concludes Tesla.
