Back in December, Tesla updated its mobile app for iOS and Android to show annual charge stats and gas savings.
The new app feature now shows charging stats based on Month and Year. The yearly stats show estimated values for gas savings, plus the ability to see charge history for specific months. Tesla also added a charging tips page to educate owners on how to maximize their range.
On Friday, Tesla reminded owners and everyone on Twitter they can “view your charging history & savings for the full year in the Tesla app.”
In a follow-up tweet, Tesla shared that “owners collectively saved [over $2 billion] in 2022” in regard to gas savings.
Gas prices have come down slightly from record highs, offering Tesla owners even more savings this year compared to previous years. Nonetheless, there’s nothing better than waking up to a vehicle with a full charge and never visiting gas stations ever again.
